Specialised body conditioning and strengthening program developed to enhance dancers understand muscle memory, alignment, and core stability. Using exercise balls, resistance bands, and focused pattern of movement patterns. PBT helps dancers activate the correct muscle group used in ballet and other styles.

This class is limited to 5 people per term in order to provide a more in-depth training.
