These sessions are for ALL Levels and are aimed to be fun and welcoming.

Please kindly complete and submit the form below. To secure your child's spot a £12 fee must be paid in advance. A confirmation email with further details will be sent to you approximately 1 week before the event.

I understand that participation in dance classes, rehearsals, and performances with The Sussex Dance Company involves physical activity and carries risks of personal injury. I agree that my child/ren will participate voluntarily at our own risk.

I release The Sussex Dance Company, its teachers, and affiliates from any responsibility for injury, loss, or damage sustained during classes, rehearsals, performances, or related activities, except in cases of proven negligence.

I confirm that my child is in good health and that any relevant medical conditions have been disclosed to the instructor in advance. I consent to basic first aid being administered in the event of an injury or medical emergency.

I also give permission for photographs or videos taken during classes or events be used for educational or promotional purposes by The Sussex Dance Company.
