Audition Registration

All interested candidates are required to complete the registration form below before attending the audition. Audition fees are non-refundable.

Successful candidates will be notified within 48hrs, and will be required to complete a Youth Team contract to be deemed an official team member.

Student Consent & Waiver Form

I understand that participation in dance classes, rehearsals and performances with The Sussex Dance Company involves physical activity and carries risks of personal injury. I agree that my child/ren will participate voluntarily at our own risk.

I release The Sussex Dance Company, its teachers, and affiliates from any responsibility for injury, loss, or damage sustained during classes, rehearsals, performances, or related activities, except in cases of proven negligence.

I confirm that my child/ren is in good health and that any relevant medical conditions have been disclosed to the instructor in advance. I consent to basic first aid in the event of an injury or medical emergency.

I also give permission for photographs or videos taken during classes or events be used for educational or promotional purposes by The Sussex Dance Company. Please email info.sussexdancecompany@gmail.com if you DO NOT consent for your child's image to be shared online and social media.
